Please read these terms before using the Nicole Wilson Interiors website. By using this website, you agree to them.

These terms cover your use of our website. They do not govern the design services we provide. Where we agree to carry out work for you, those services are set out in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms (see clause 4).

1. About us

Nicole Wilson Interiors provides interior design and related services, including technical groundwork, planning support, design, sourcing, and trade coordination.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Misuse the website.

  • Attempt to interfere with its operation.

  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious material.

  • Copy, scrape, or reuse website content without permission, except for personal reference.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to Nicole Wilson Interiors or is used with permission and is protected by intellectual property law. This covers content on the website only. Ownership of project deliverables is dealt with in your services agreement, not here.

3. Enquiries

An enquiry made through this website, by email, or by telephone does not create a contract between you and Nicole Wilson Interiors. We may decline an enquiry or project at our discretion.

4. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Where we agree to provide services, those services, and the terms covering scope, fees, payment, cancellation, intellectual property in project materials, and liability, are set out in a separate written agreement between us and you. For most projects this will be a RIBA/BIID professional services contract or a similar written agreement.

That written agreement takes precedence over these terms in relation to the services. These website terms do not vary, replace, or limit it.

5. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or suspend it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. Our liability for the services we provide is dealt with in your services agreement.

6. Portfolio and marketing

We may use project images, renderings, or descriptions for our portfolio, website, or social media only where we have the necessary consent or another lawful basis to do so. Where a project is covered by a services agreement, any specific terms in that agreement about marketing and confidentiality apply.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
